Prestwood Campus

Head of Campus - Callum Mansell

The Prestwood Campus is a secondary and post 16 phase campus. We currently care for young people from the age of 11 to 19.

We believe that character development, building confidence and resilience play a significant role in our students’ ability to learn and achieve. We aim to provide an education with breadth that enables students to explore and develop their own beliefs, develop an awareness of themselves, an understanding of their social and cultural traditions, and have an appreciation of the diversity and richness of other cultures.

Our curriculum is designed to ensure that students are prepared for life beyond “Chiltern Way Academy”. It is designed to get them a job.

We focus on:

  • Equipping students with life skills so they can be independent.
  • Providing students with first-rate knowledge of the workplace and how to make a positive contribution to their community and society.
  • Inspiring them through a curriculum that embeds knowledge, skills, and meets the needs, interests, and abilities of all.

The Prestwood Campus is a modern, well equipped school standing in five acres of parkland on the edge of the village of Prestwood. Above and beyond our specialist teaching areas there are onsite facilities including a sports hall, fitness suite, multi-use games area (Muga), football pitches, vocational classrooms, a games room and sensory room. The Prestwood site is approximately 6 miles from Wendover campus, 11 miles from Aylesbury and 5 miles from High Wycombe.
